I got my start in PR in the ultimate “school of hard knocks” of agency life, where I built deep expertise in media relations, executive visibility, and fast-moving, news-driven communications. That foundation continues to inform how I operate today: strategic in approach, hands-on in execution, and collaborative across teams.
Beyond PR, entrepreneurship and problem-solving are part of my DNA. I built and ran a fitness and wellness business for six years, gaining firsthand experience in brand building, audience trust, and what it takes to grow something from the ground up.
